Shipping policy


The shipping costs applied are the following exclusively for Orders below € 90:

  • Italy: € 10
  • Abroad: € 25

Deliveries to the European Union, Canada, the Republic of Korea and Israel are not subject to customs duties and / or taxes. Deliveries outside the aforementioned areas may be subject to customs duties and / or taxes established in your country. These costs are charged to the recipient and are not included in the invoice amount. For more information, contact the competent customs office. When the items are shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the information necessary to track the package.


All Orders are shipped via trusted couriers. We do not ship on Sundays and public holidays.

The delivery of the Products is carried out by the courier to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the Order. Homines will therefore not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect delivery address or telephone number. All additional costs deriving from complications in delivery or non-delivery will be borne by the Customer.

All Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouses in Italy. The delivery times of the Products depend on the country of destination; the Customer will be able to follow the status of the Order through the specific online tool made available.

Homines will not be held responsible for delays in delivery or for direct or indirect damages resulting from such delays.

It will not be possible to send Orders to military bases or mailboxes.

In case of non-delivery or if the Products are refused upon delivery, the relative package will return to Homines and the relative Order will be reimbursed to the Customer, net of any duties and other additional costs incurred by Homines.

With the delivery of the Products, the ownership and the risk related to the handling of the same pass to the Customer.


If the packages and / or the Products are damaged during transport, upon receipt of the items, the Customer must immediately notify and report any damage to the courier. Subsequently it is necessary to inform Homines through the [Contact us] section. Before returning any damaged products, the Customer must inform us through the [Contact us] section

The damaged Products will be replaced with equivalent Products; if this is not possible, the Customer will be reimbursed.
