Refund policy


The Products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect within 6 months of delivery.

Should the Customer reveal a defect, they must contact us through the [Contact us] section, reporting the defect, finding and attaching a representative photo of the defect found.

Due to the defect found, Homines reserves the right to apply one of the following conditions: replacement of the Product with an equivalent one, repair of the defect, refund of the Customer.

Homines reserves the right to request proof of purchase of the Product indicated by the Customer as defective (i.e. receipt, invoice, etc.).

Should the defect be attributable to a use that differs from the normal use of the Products and / or maintenance that does not comply with the indications known to the consumer and reported on the site, Homines reserves the right not to apply any of the above conditions.


Excluding damage from normal wear and tear, should the Products suffer damage as a result of a fall within the first 3 months of purchase, [Contact us] through the contact form so as to allow us to evaluate the incident. We kindly ask you to provide us with a description of what happened and a photo of the damaged Product.

In the event of a positive outcome of the aforementioned evaluation, the Customer will be given a discount voucher that can be used on the purchase of any other Product in the catalog. The discount coupon will be defined by Homines based on the damage found and will in any case be equal to at least 20% of the price paid.

Acceptable levels of wear are not considered valid reasons for requesting a crash policy. If you believe your garment has a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to apply the terms of our [Warranty and Repairs] policy.

In order to take advantage of the crash policy, registration on the website must be complete in order to be able to track the Order.


If a product does not meet your expectations, it is possible to return it within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, in a fit for sale condition (new, unworn and unwashed). Items must be free of scratches, stains or hair and with all tags. All returns must include the original receipt. To activate the return procedure [Contact us] through the contact form.

If there are situations in which a return is justified, the Customer will be refunded the purchase prices of the returned Products, notwithstanding that the shipping costs and any duties cannot be refunded. The refund will be made after receipt of the return and the passage to quality control.

Please note that refunds can only be credited with the same payment method used for the initial purchase. The refund process can last from 7 to 14 days from the date of receipt of the items, depending on the method used for payment.

If the reason for the return does not fall within the conditions referred to in paragraphs [WARRANTY AND REPAIRS] or [CRASH POLICY], the return shipping costs will be charged to the Customer.


Refunds to the Customer are governed in the following cases:

  • cancellation (total or partial) of the Order or Contract by the Customer or by Homines in accordance with the provisions of the paragraph [PURCHASE CONTRACT COMPLETION];
  • return of Products in accordance with the provisions of paragraph [RETURNS];
  • refusal to deliver according to the terms referred to in paragraph [DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS];

impossibility of replacing the damaged Products due to the provisions of the paragraph [DAMAGES IN TRANSPORT].
